West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The pictures were great! We are very happy with how they turned out. My only complaint is there was a little spot on our poster for one of the dogs. It was far above the dog and it’s small but I could see it. We went ahead and framed them because we were so excited. These posters went in our daughters room. She loves her pups.

I am only giving 4 stars because my picture frame was broke in 2 places when I received it and the picture of my dog was off. However, they were so great in resolving my issues quickly and I had a new picture within a week. It looks great now and I am very happy! I would highly recommend West & Willow to anyone interested in having a photo done of their wonderful pets.

I loved the site and happily placed an order. The only thing I would change would be the number of backgrounds available. I can also understand the reasoning behind keeping things clean and simple. Thanks West & Willow read my review and replied that they are working on changes like this. Great to hear from a company that listens. Thanks again for taking the time to read my review.

Easy website to navigate and clear instructions of what photo to upload

I would have rated it 5 stars had they let me use the SUMMER discount as well as the “surprise” discount. Seems like false advertising.

Very quick and helpful, but did charge me again for shipping.

I do love the portrait. However, my poster has some creases when it was shipped, and I didn't love that I couldn't approve the print before it was shipped. Also, I ordered an digital copy of my dog's portrait and never received an email to download it. I have emailed the company, waiting for a reply. Lastly, I think the price is a bit much. Great artwork but if some of these things I mentioned would be added to the customer experience, I would say it's makes the money worth it. But the uncertainty that the portrait may not be good and the fact that my poster has creases doesn't make it work the $60 price tag!

I wish that you allowed more than one photo per animal. 3 or 4 would allow for a better picture, in my opinion.
