Very disappointing delivery service
I ordered my portrait on the 7th November and very quickly told it was received and on its way, brilliant I thought, alias no, it has now been stuck in shipping in NY since the 17th and gone no further. So disappointed. Contacted west and willow who haven’t really told me any more than I can see, except it will arrive!!!! I should hope so. I ordered early as it’s a Christmas present but I’ve no idea if it’ll now arrive on time. Let’s hope I can review again with something more positive. So my parcel has arrived, unfortunately it is badly creased, I’m not sure how as it arrived in a large box but it has obviously been badly rolled. I’m afraid a rather disappointing service all round
