I loved the portraits as they accurately depict my children's pets. These are Christmas gifts so I'll have to wait a while to see their reactions, but I think they are great. I am confused as to why the portrait that I ordered first has not arrived yet. But maybe it's because that portrait had two animals and the others only one? Anyway, still waiting on one delivery but I'm sure it will be great. Thanks so much!

I LOVE my West & Willow portrait. They really captured every detail of our amazing 3 girls we miss so much. We’re now able to see our heavenly girls side by side again forever and we’re so grateful for that. Also wonderful customer service as well. Highly recommend, wonderful company!
