Had a free mug offer - website wouldn't let me use it. Had a SAVE10 promo code, put it in. Had to go back into my order to edit something. When I came back to the payment page and tried to put in the SAVE10 promo code again it said I had already used it. Of course, no way to call you guys to ask for help. Would have to submit a request and wait 1-2 days. This was my second purchase, and will be my last. *Update - customer service communicated with me and resolved the issues. Note - you can't use 2 promos for the same purchase. Good communication on the resolution however. Thank you.

Print came out super cute. I love it. However, I would not have paid for the cheap cardboard frame. I just received the frame and it already has visible gaps in the corners where the pieces come together. Highly recommend the print but don’t bother with the frame.

The end product came out great! However, I bought it as a gift for someone. I never got a shipping notice, so I was unable to let them know it was coming before it arrived cause I wasn't aware it had already shipped.

Did not receive my full order and have tried contacting the team numerous times over a few weeks. I didn't realize that all of their replies with my missing order went into my junk folder. Will definitely look there next time!

Easy to order the pet portrait. However, also wanted to add on the free mug and it was difficult to do that. I was able to figure it out, but a little disappointed that I couldn’t use the Labor Day discount with it

I wish you could preview how the selected picture will look beforehand. Like, maybe get a sample picture before the real one is printed.

i’ve ordered from them before and I received the wrong dog. I just recently lost my dog and decided to get a portrait done of him and a mug so I hope this time they get it right!! i’m super excited to see it. but on the bright side when they did mess up my order they were very very caring and sent me the right one and let me keep the other print so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of sending it back.

It was adorable! I sent in my picture to West & Willow and they attempted to contact me asking for another photo, but their email was sent to my SPAM folder therefore i never got it. They did a good job of my dog's portrait but theres just a little more grey in her face than I would have liked!
