The portrait of my dog Hudson looked different than the picture I uploaded. Though the modification request to change the color of the bandanna was correct, they gave my dog long hair in the neck area. My dog is a short haired dog, and does not have long hair on his neck, which is pretty clear in the picture. I would have expected more attention to detail to realize there was no long hair, especially paying $80 for a portrait.

I was looking for a unique gift and thought this would be the one- $80 for a framed picture... surely it would be worth it. Framed 8x10 arrived and I was deflated. The picture looks cheap and the frame, as cheap. The website eludes to the company providing a high quality regeneration of your fur baby but it’s basically a laser printed picture enclosed in a very cheap frame. I do not recommend at all!

I am am sorry to give a 2 rating but my picture came with wrinkles in it. it was rolled up and needed to be framed. your website was not clear that the picture would come rolled up. I thought it was a frameless frame- like a canvas picture would be. I hope you can get it back to me in time for my daughters birthday. The picture turned out great, but poor quality of paper. Your customer services responded immediately to my email hopefully they will respond just as fast with my replacement. thank you

We recieved somebody else's order! Also, when they confirmed the order the message said it would take 7-10 to recieve the tracking information. It was a big order, there's covid, and I understand they take time to make so if you are ordering 3 portraits just be aware it might take longer than expected. Other than that the pictures came out great and looked just like the ones we sent in!

Im confused as to why there’s an option for me to pay extra to expedite the delivery (which I did) but nothing saying when I should expect the delivery to happen versus if I would not have paid anything more for it!

So one portrait was fabulous (a white dog) but the other - a black dog- looks like a black blob. There is no contrast at all in the image so no distinct shading on her face and very difficult to see her eyes at all. Was planning to hang them side by side but now I don’t think I can because our black puppy isn’t really visible. I’d love a do over with another picture but can’t justify the price. Be careful if you have a black pup!

I ordered on Nov. 17th it says I will recieve tracking info 5-7 days. I have not recieved anything from them about my order. The payment was deducted from my account on Nov. 17th. So far disappointed

Unfortunately, my dogs name was spelt incorrectly even though in the order I ensured it was correct.
