Your website was very easy to use. I loved having the options to choose a background and frame. One less thing to do. My only disappointment was not being able to view a draft before receiving the final product. I read your reason and I get where you are coming from.

I was ordering the adorable holiday cards, but wasn't sure how to pick the picture I wanted (I have two different pet portraits). I was given the information I needed in a timely manner. When I went to order the cards, the shipping was $20. I didn't think this was a fair price for shipping, so I contacted West & Willow again, to say I wasn't going to place the order. The shipping charges were reduced to $10, which was better, so I just placed my holiday card offer. I am looking forward to seeing my Jeter, with a Santa hat, on our holiday cards.

Hello there! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make art for you! It was a pleasure working with you.

I love the quality of the pictures. The one thing that made me not give this a 5/5 is because the color quality of one of my dogs ended up a little funky. Had I been able to review the picture before it was printed I would have picked a different picture. I really do love it!

Hello Margaret, We're sorry to hear you are unhappy with your artwork! Different factors can affect the final outcome including shadows or filters on photos. That being said, we will be happy to work with you on a revision. Please look for an email from us about the next steps.

Easy experience. Wish shipping wasn’t so high. Excited to see the finish product for my dad.
