I consider myself quite expert at buying stuff on line but I didn’t some of the pages very intuitive which resulted in me having to go through my order 5 times before I was finally able to place my order. Very frustrating. I get that you want to promote other products that you might want to put your pets image on but when trying to choose ‘no’ I deleted the contents of my basket. Irrespective of these grumbles. I look forward to receiving my order in due course.

The initial ordering process was easy but unfortunately when I got the poster which was a gift for my daughter, it was wrong. There was a shadowed name behind our pet's name. I emailed customer service and got a response that it may take some time to respond. I emailed again after waiting and heard back immediately. The individual I worked with was quick to correspond, sent me an updated proof to approve and said I would get an email when the new poster was sent. Now a week and half later I finally get an email saying that the poster will ship in 7-10 days...My initial order was Dec 29th and seems like I won't get the new poster until end of February. Posters are cute but hard for me to recommend to others knowing the process of getting any issue corrected is long. Hope this feedback helps with streamlining the process for future orders. Maybe allowing people to proof their poster before print may remove any back and forth corrections which likely cause more of a delay, time and money that you have to spend on customer service reps.

Received the item quickly but unfortunately was not happy w/ the finished result. My cats face was so dark, looked like a black blob. I emailed customer service 3x’s w/o even an acknowledgment which was very disheartening to say the least. Ended up purchasing another portrait w/ very specific instructions. Fingers crossed that it turns out.....

The artwork turned out great, looks identical to our dog! However, I think it is a little over priced. The frame is cheap partial board, not solid wood. They placed plastic into the frame, which was scratched, to protect the artwork. If they had solid wood frame and inserted glass, the price would match the end product.

The picture of my dogs is incredible- absolutely LOVE it! I am only rating it three stars because the frame is coming apart on two of the corners. Majorly disappointed about that as I am giving it as a birthday gift to a family member.

The frame was not well put together. Love the art, but disappointed in the quality of the frame. Gonna have a hard time hanging it in my house. Disappointed for sure.

Ordered a 24x18 with no frame but it came in bigger than 24x18 and did not fit in a 24x18 frame. Had to trim portrait on length and width for it to fit correctly. Very disappointed.

This time around there was some trouble getting the color of my dogs right and the first frame came damaged. West and Willows customer service is excellent though! They redid my portrait and frame was perfect this time. The color of one of my dog’s still wasn’t perfect (he’s blonde and they did a more caramel color) but it is what it is at this point. The likeness of their features from a pic is pretty spot on though.
