Overall, I am very pleased with the experience that I had. It was easy to order and the team asked for additional photos of the 3 dogs, until they knew they would turn out accurately. My only complaint is that I had requested the 3 dogs be proportionate to their actual sizes (ranging from 30-85 pounds), but they are all equal sizes in the final print. Why ask for additional notes/suggestions if they're not necessarily going to be followed? It's something I can get over though, because the final result is super cute. My parents will love it for Christmas!

I love your ideas and website. I only wish I was able to preview the whole order with the picture and white background with the name at the top before ordering.

We ordered a print of our dog. Unfortunately our first delivery was someone else’s dog (2 address labels one for us on one side, one for someone else on the back) I emailed customer service immediately and very quickly they sent us a new print of our dog. Thank you. We are very happy with the likeness, especially as the dog has since gone to doggie heaven. We have a beautiful reminder of her. Due to the customer service we will definitely recommend this sight to friends and family. Thank you

Very responsive customer service! I had reached out to West & Willow with photos before placing an order just to ask if they would work. They responded almost immediately with a very friendly and personable message. Once orders were placed they did reach out to ask a few questions and requested an additional photo if I had one. The service and quality exceeded my expectation. The product I felt priced a bit high but the customer service I received made this a 4 star experience.

Really perfect little pic. Do wish the coloring was a tad closer to her real fur. Needed to be a little lighter but we adore it!!

I ordered two portraits and I received them yesterday. They are absolutely beautiful! The only issue I have is the scale. One is of a corgi and it is the perfect size for the frame. The other is a german shepherd and it is about half the size of the corgi in the same size frame. It looks odd and it is much too small. I am disappointed at that.

Can’t wait to get my item! From what I’ve seen these pictures look amazing! Would have loved to see a mock-up without an extra fee similar to most image websites. Ordering was a simple and easy!
