I ordered my picture before valentines day and today is 2/27 and it just got shipped. When I reached out the second time I was aware that they were not sure which dog I was talking about, which is fair. I have replied to customer service over and over and no one has messaged me back after. The amount of pricing I paid for the photo should come with better customer service.

We love our dog so willing to spend $60+ on a cute pic of her. The frame is cheaper than something we could buy at a dollar store and I’m sure the paper is no different. Additionally the hook to hang the frame was placed upside down so I had to remove it without breaking cheap frame and install new one. I’m sure they run the picture through a computer program and it takes them very little time and effort so the quality of the rest of the product matters at that price point. I’m rating average cause I got what was advertised with regards to an imagine. The quality is not worth the price and would be 1 star.

I love the idea of these pictures, but for the price I don’t feel mine lived up to what I see on line. I would have line to see my dogs name a little larger as well. A nice picture though.

Odd colors selected- purple streaks in our Wheaton’s fur. Not my favorite for the price. I had higher expectations. Nice concept.

I have previously ordered gifts from West & Willow and have been very happy with them. I recently went back to West & Willow a third time to order a gift for a coworker (a portrait of her cat) and was disappointed to find the corners of the frame damaged.

I love the picture, but the frame is broken. I sent an email to the customer service email and it bounced back. I also never received my digital photo. If the frame was perfect and I received the digital file, it would be 5 star.

I received a 10% off, then after ordering a 20% Valentine promo popped up which wasn't cool. I have emailed customer support for my order #187263 to ask about a credit. I also wanted to ask if they could please include the pink beanie cap that is on my dog in the pic. There is no phone number to call, which is frustrating. I typically don't do business with companies that don't have a phone number to call. Hopefully this will turn out fine. Thanks for listening.

Photo looked great and arrived timely. Giving 3 stars due to paying for the digital download and receiving no instructions on how to download and from where. Have reached out to customer support without a response. Can update the review once I receive everything that was paid for.
