I was under the impression I would see a proof, I recall reading that before purchasing. I am not happy with the outcome and would have changed the picture before purchasing. The ratio of white space is off and the dogs for whatever reason look super choppy. Would not have approved this for an expensive print if I was given the option of a proof. Will use Etsy for that reason next time.

I emailed support and they never responded to me. I also have heard no update on my order. I understand it usually takes 7-10 and today was 7 business days after I ordered. What really frustrates me is that I emailed support and they never responded. I didn't know if my picture was going to work so I spent some time trying to get a better picture of my dog and emailed them asking if that new one would work better or if the last one was ok. My review may change after I get my order, but right now I wish communication was better.

Prints were sent to me twice, both damaged. The third time a digital file was suppose to be sent through email, we followed the directions to download the file and no file was actually sent. This has been a total waste of time. These prints are way overpriced for what they are. I was so excited to give this gift and have been totally disappointed. And now this close to Christmas and no gift!! Definitely would not recommend these prints.

Pretty disappointed for the price. The picture of our dog only covers about a third of the frame, with most of it blank. The frame also came chipped. Expected more.
