Really disappointed in my artwork. The colours did not match my dog photo. Would be helpful to see a digital design prior to printing for final approval.

As a customer, I'd love to have a preview of what I'm buying. You don't provide one before paying or even after payment. I should've researched more about this process before purchasing, but too late now. Hope everything looks great! Also, $251.45 for a 24x18 computer printed portrait seems a bit much.

I selected the digital download option, expedited shipping, and the discount code LDW20 but none of these specifics are reflected on the invoice. I need to confirm a digital download or I no longer need the order. The shipping also has to be in less than 3 weeks for a wedding.

This company sends emails daily to get your order with coupon codes. They advertise a 10% off coupon and over $100 order with free shipping. Once you use a 10% coupon (Even if My order is over $100 after the coupon) they charge you a shipping fee that is larger than the 10% discount price. Very scummy advertisement. *UPDATED* Still no email from the vendor regarding any type of resolution on my order.
