I ordered a customised pet embroidered t shirt. Embroidery was same as the picture I sent. But the t shirt is very cheap looking. Fabric is very think and threading came out. Even there's a mark in the front of t shirt.

Quality is good. Shipping was god awful, no updates or notifications. A week or 2 of silence before shipped. Actually not silence, just emails about everything but my order.

I love the result except my dog is a chocolate lab and the coloring on the picture was very dark like a black lab. But I am happy with it and glad you were able to capture her face and crazy hair!

The picture and frame are great. However the picture was very off center so I was disappointed in that.

Overall, such a wonderful job!

The drawing of our dog turned out great! The detail, coloring and his expression are perfect! My only area for improvement is for the frame. It was not very good quality and wasn't glued well in one corner.

Finally caved - quality of the frame is not worth the cost, but the artwork is great. Have not received the digital download yet.

The portrait came out great. It took a little over two weeks and I did have to ask for shipping information so I could track it. I also wasn’t given the pdf until I asked for it either but they are SO quick with responding. For that alone I would order from this company again!
