I waited almost 8 weeks for my item with very poor communication with your customer service which I assume is now run buy AI. Read all the communication between us and you will understand what I mean. That being said, I finally did receive the pillow which is beautiful and my friend loved it. Don't know if I would order again as it was a frustrating experience.

The pictures arrived quickly but they are just odd . I wish I could have previewed them before I spent the money on them . They kept the red wye that was on my one dog . And my GSP has no Merle spots like she does. They are just not right .

The photo I sent had a dog toy that apparently altered the look of the one side of his face. I would've rathered had been asked to submit a new photo or left the toy in to show why the one cheek was strangely puffy. For the price, I would've expected someone to reach out vs. sending me the finished product that is not gift worthy.

I am very disappointed with the picture I ordered. I have purchased a picture previously and was so happy with it, I purchased another as a gift. The picture you have sent looks nothing like the image I sent you. You couldn't even get the eye colour correct! Will never recommend you to another person. You got 2 stars for the ease of ordering and quick delivery!

The portrait I received didn’t match the image I sent. A detail was even added that my dog didn’t have. I reached out to get it fixed and it has taken double the amount of time to get it fixed. I don’t even have the new one yet and it’s been a month since I started the process. I think all requests should receive a proof before the portraits are shipped to avoid this issue. I had high expectations for this and was really excited, but have only been disappointed…
