Hey Zina, Wes here. LET'S GO! I’m proud you shared "I love his program I love his program! He helped me change my mindset and the program I received was very inexpensive. I have attracted wealth and my quality of life greatly improved. I recommend his program highly.". Keep your mind right, stay focused, keep winning! Much love, Wes Virgin.

Hey Catherine, Wes here. I’m really sorry you were charged $236, did not receive a receipt or acknowledgement, and are still getting emails saying your refund is being processed despite our 100percent money back guarantee. Being charged and then left without confirmation or a real refund showing up would make anyone question the integrity of the program, and you deserve clarity and action on this. Please email [email protected] with the subject TP Escalation - Wes. I am personally alerting the team lead today; for charge or refund issues include your purchase email and the charge date or order number so they can track it down. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Rich, Wes here. You wrote that someone "zapped my credit card without approval or authorization," that you had "over 30 days no response to emails," and that you filed a complaint with your credit card company. That is a serious support and billing problem and I want you to know I see those exact issues. I am truly sorry this happened and can imagine how stressful it is to have an unexpected charge and then feel ignored for more than 30 days. If our checkout or support failed you, it absolutely needs investigation and fixing so this does not happen to you or anyone else. Please email [email protected] with the subject line "TP Escalation - Wes" and I am personally alerting the team lead today. For charge or refund cases please include your purchase email and the charge date or order number so the team can locate the transaction quickly. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Karina, Wes here. I’m truly sorry you feel our offers were misleading and that Facebook messages seemed ignored. I take these allegations seriously and want to understand what happened. Please tell me which posts or ads, dates, screenshots, and whether you purchased a course so I can pass the details to the team for review. Please email [email protected] with the subject line “TP Escalation - Wes,” and I am personally alerting the team lead today. If this concerns a charge or refund, include the purchase email and charge date or order number; never include card details. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Natasja, Wes here. I can see you tried to get your money back for more than 1.5 year, that the refund process was slowed until it became "too late", that responses stopped despite your proof, and that your last email was July 28 2024. That experience sounds incredibly frustrating and unfair, and I am sorry you were left hanging like that. If our support failed you or communication broke down, it absolutely needs investigation and fixing. Please email [email protected] with the subject line "TP Escalation - Wes" and I am personally alerting the team lead today. For charge or refund cases include your purchase email and the charge date or order number so they can find your records quickly. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Mo, Wes here. You said the program was a waste of both your money and your time, and I am sorry that is where you landed after giving it a chance. When someone invests their hard-earned money and walks away with nothing useful, I need to understand where the experience fell apart instead of hiding behind a generic answer. Please email [email protected] with the subject line “TP Escalation - Wes,” include your purchase email and charge date or order number, and I am personally alerting the team lead today. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.
