I see you tried to purchase one of my digital products on Dec 26, 2025 and you were charged but never received the content, no purchase receipt or login information, got bombarded with repeated offers, then lost connection to the site, and the customer service number and contact options did not work. I am really sorry you were left charged with no access or acknowledgement; that is frustrating and unacceptable. If checkout, access, or support failed you like this, it absolutely needs to be investigated and fixed so it does not happen to anyone else.
