Hey, Wes here. I'm sorry you couldn't access your profile and that the content felt preachy and arrogant instead of helping your affirmation practice. I understand how frustrating that is after investing time and money. I'm also sorry you've been waiting over a month for a refund after multiple emails. I'd like to investigate and help clarify the $200 charge and access issue so this is reviewed for you. Please email [email protected] with the subject line “TP Escalation - Wes,” and include your purchase email and charge date or order number (never card details). I am personally alerting the team lead today. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Barbara, Wes here. I read your review and I’m really sorry this program didn’t deliver what it claimed to offer. You called out that there was "lots of self-hype no substance" and that you feel embarrassed for falling for it. That frustration makes total sense and I can imagine how that sours the search for solid self-help programs. If the materials or promises felt misleading or shallow, that absolutely needs to be addressed. Please email [email protected] with the subject line "TP Escalation - Wes" and I am personally alerting the team lead today to review what went wrong and how we can make it right. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Valerie, Wes here. I’m sorry to hear that The Programme felt like a scam after you were hit with repeated offers of extra programmes at extra cost, and that the refund you requested never came. I can only imagine how frustrated and angry that must make you feel after investing time and trust, and feeling pressured by upsells while waiting on a refund is not okay; if checkout, access, or support failed you, it needs investigation and fixing. Please email [email protected] with the subject "TP Escalation - Wes" and include your purchase email and the charge date or order number so my team can locate this. I am personally alerting the team lead today. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Please email [email protected] with the subject line TP Escalation - Wes, and I am personally alerting our team lead today. Hey Heather, Wes here. I'm sorry the upgrades you purchased felt generic and not worth the cost; that is not the experience we want customers to have. I'm also sorry your inbox was overwhelmed and that you were told you'd get a refund and then lost contact, which is unacceptable. Please email [email protected] with the subject line "TP Escalation - Wes," ... I am personally alerting the team lead today. For charge or refund concerns please include your purchase email and charge date or order number; never include card details. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Vicki, Wes here. Thank you for the honest feedback about "Customer service actually gave me a refund. I signed up for the millionaire program, which cost about £27. I started going through the material but I've done a lot of subconscious work already so it wasn't really for me.". I’m constantly refining the material, and I appreciate you saying it straight. If you need anything, please email [email protected] with the subject line "TP Escalation - Wes." Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.
