Hey JOE, Wes here. I am really sorry to read you say you purchased a biblical script for $36.63 and then almost $1,000 was charged to your card, your phone stopped working, communication was blocked, and your rent money was taken. That is absolutely devastating and I can only imagine how stressed and angry you must feel right now. If checkout, charges, or support failed you in any way, that absolutely needs investigation and fixing on our end. Please email [email protected] with the subject "TP Escalation - Wes," and I am personally alerting the team lead today. For charge or refund issues include your purchase email and the charge date or order number so the team can locate your account quickly. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey, Wes here. I’m really sorry you ran into 20 to 30 upsells after paying $57 expecting mentorship with me, only to end up with a 15-minute session with Kent and then wait seven hours to access the Genie Script. That kind of experience is unfair and frustrating, and if checkout, access, or support failed you here it absolutely needs investigation and fixing on our end. Please email [email protected] with the subject "TP Escalation - Wes" and I am personally alerting the team lead today. If this is a charge issue, include your purchase email and the charge date or order number so we can look into it quickly. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Angella, Wes here. I’m really sorry the website interface changed and that it came across as a scam investment website. That sudden shift in how the site looked can feel alarming and make you question whether anything is legitimate, and I completely understand how upsetting and frustrating that must be. Please email [email protected] with the subject "TP Escalation - Wes" and I am personally alerting the team lead today so they can investigate and address what caused the interface to appear that way. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.
