My boyfriend recently bought a new truck from Steve Blank at Wesley Chapel Toyota. He called us immediately when we requested information. We were very impressed at how prompt he was with getting back to us. He was very knowledgeable and very fun to speak with on the phone. This was the main reason why we decided to go see him. He handled my boyfriend's purchase quickly, with no games and we are now enjoying our new truck. We really appreciated how much fun this purchase was and will be referring our father to purchase from Steve Blank at Wesley Chapel Toyota.

I had visited once before, about a year ago, with my fiance'. Two weeks ago, I went in alone. Big mistake! Single women, beware. This man, Matthew Sch----- I honestly can't remember the spelling of his last name, or I'd happily include it, was the biggest jerk. Talk about the hard sell! All on and on about "how much can you afford to spend per month, little lady..." and other insulting phrases. I have three degrees and one of them is in economics. I don't need some red-faced pushy man insulting my intelligence with his "women are stupid" innuendos, and thinly masked ones, at that. Then, HE ASKED ME FOR MY NUMBER! I'd noticed he had on a wedding band at the beginning, then he went into another room for some excuse, and come back without wearing it. THEN he asked me out. YUCK! My fiance' is an attorney, or I'd tell him, but he'd probably launch a dozen lawsuits at this place. I left immediately. STAY AWAY. This place does not honor women. As I left, I saw at least two of their employees turn around and give me the look over and I do not dress provocatively. (Not that THAT would excuse Matthew Sch-----'s behavior!)

This was my first purchase from Wesley Chapel Toyota. The facilities are very impressive and the sales staff was one of the most professional I have seen. Steve Blank and Albert made sure that my wife got the exact color on a new RAV4. It did take a few days to arrive at the dealership but Steve made sure to keep me up to date. I really enjoyed this transaction and will look your way in the future when I need a new van for myself.

Walked into toyota last weekend left with a 2015 camry. Being 23 years old it is hard to be treated like I am an adult. Mark Howard treated me with respect and was accommodating to my needs. My father was also with me but marks attention was on what I wanted and needed in a car. I absolutely love my car. I used to own a Hyundai but I will never switch back.
