I spoke with Mellissa today and she assured me that Wesley Chapel Toyota would get me into a new car. I worked with Steve Blank when I arrived and he was a great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional and outgoing. He remembers details. He will follow-up with you just to check how things are going with your new vehicle. He will contact you on your birthday and vehicle purchase anniversary. Just the simple actions that will make you feel as a valued customer. I also referred my aunt and my sister last year and they both left Wesley Chapel Toyota in brand new vehicles after working with Harry.

Andy Ghelfi was a fantastic salesman and a great help when I first came in to buy a car. After visiting a few different car dealers, I knew after meeting with Andy that this was the place I wanted to purchase my new car from. I felt safe and comfortable buying my car from him and he did not push you into buying anything like other salesmen have done to me. The first time I came in I was not quite ready to purchase and he understood that, and let me walk out the door with a smile on his face and a "come back in when your ready." I came back the next day to purchase my new fantastic Camry from him which I loved. He knew exactly what I wanted and was very helpful and knowledgable until the very end where he handed me my new keys! Everyone there was great and friendly! If your looking for a pleasant funny salesman, James Swanson & Steve Barranco are the man. they made my experience very nice, and when I thought it was impossible, they made sure it happened for me. HARRY WHITAKER CAME IN FOR THE RESCUE HOWEVER. HE GOT ME BACK IN MY TRUCK AT WHAT THE DEALERSHIP HAD INTO IT. HARRY took care of getting me back into my truck. IM VERYYYY HAPPY WITH HIS PERFORMANCE AND WOULD RECOMMEND ANYONE TO HAVE HIM HELP YOU WITH PURCHASING A VEHICLE. HE WAS ENTHUSIASTIC AND AT THE SAME TIME WASNT IN YOUR FACE TELLING YOU A DEAL WAS SOOOO GOOD YOU HAD TO TAKE IT.(DARREL).
