5 start customer service! Everything went very smoothly, from beginning to end. My salesman Harry was awesome and so was Frank when he did my paperwork. I love my new Corolla, my only regret is that I did not come in sooner!!

Aiman did a wonderful job by getting my wife and I in 2015 Camry SE. He made sure that we stayed at the same pay range we told him. He even came to my house to finalize the paperwork. Great customer service all around. Good job Aiman!

I had the best service here than I've ever received at a dealership! I first saw Kat, who was extremely nice and gave me a tour of the dealership, and even gave me some cold water and directed me to the cafe/lounge area (they even make fresh chocolate chip cookies which were amazing). I expressed to Kat that I was a little nervous because I was planning on doing a trade in during this visit and I've never traded a car or leased one before. She made me feel extremely comfortable by explaining that I would be taken care of, and that everything would be broken down to me, which they definitely took care of me and explained everything! Joe was very nice and funny, and conversed with me through the whole process when the salesman (Steve), was back and forth while working with me to get a great deal. Steve as a salesman was AWESOME! He never once made it seem like he just wanted a sale, he was genuinely interested in what I wanted, which is hard to find at other dealerships. I told him I wanted a spacious, feauture-filled car, he directed me to the 2016 Toyota Corolla and began telling me all the features, even explaining the body compared to the others. I was in LOVE with the car. Steve sat in the back of the car and told me ALL of the features and what every button represented. Apart from Kat, Joe, and Steve being so kind and helpful, everyone that worked there was kind, occasionally offering me cold drinks. On top of everything else, the dealership is huge and VERY clean! I left with a new 2016 Toyota Corolla and got a great deal that works great with my income. Even after the sale Steve has been extremely helpful when I've called him regarding changing the settings in the flat screen or changing settings regarding the locking and unlocking of the doors. I will definitely be back after my lease is done to become yet another customer, and I will be referring my friends, family, and co-workers to this location! Thank you so much!

In all of my 45 years of owning automobiles, I have never been to a dealership that treated me as well as Wesley Chapel Toyota. Everyone there has been extremely helpful. Johnny Millaway is a very accommodating, gracious, and knowledgeable salesman. He explained various features very clearly and I really appreciated his patience with me. I definitely would recommend him to others who are planning to purchase a car.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Johnny Millaway who I must say did a fantastic job at making us feel welcome. Most car shopping / buying experiences are pretty aggravating. This was our third vehicle lot that we checked out and it was the best experience that we had had all day. John was very easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he offered to us. He allowed us to make our own decisions and did not try to force us into specific vehicles (Toyota brands). I would definitely recommend John as a sales representative and Toyota of Wesley Chapel as a great dealership!

Customer service was great #1 before the purchase. But dont ask questions after you purchase because sales guy will ignore you. I purchased a 2015 Rav 4 a month ago, my paper tag had expired, The next day, I text the sales guy, Andy G, to see who I could contact and he ignored my texts regarding my tag issue. I finally spoke to their tag dept to find out I had a balance of $36- a phone call would have been nice! Someone could have followed up! Typical purchase, when you want to buy everyone is nice, when you have questions they ignore the customer. Not happy to be ignored. Thank you Grace E.

Michael Grega provided the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership. No pressure, very knowledgable, and made it an overall pleasant experience. If Michael is still around when my lease is up, I'll certainly deal with him again in the future.

Aiman Sabbah at WC Toyota is an asset to the company. He didn't rush me when I was considering which car I wanted to purchase. He gave me the info I needed in order to make my decision on which car I wanted to purchase. My husband and I had just come from another Toyota dealership in where the salesman was extra pushy and forcing us to make a decision as soon as we pulled up on the lot. My husband didn't like his attitude and we left within minutes. Aimen was friendly and knowledgable about the cars he was selling all the way up to making a decision on price. Kagan was great with helping us with pricing. Everyone else was friendly and made us feel comfortable even though we left with out new car at 1130pm! Carlos in finance was also helpful and explained everything well. It was a great experience and I will tell all everyone about WC Toyota!
