Mike Rael went above and beyond to help us refinance our home. I was very busy with work and Life in general at the time we started this process. Mike was super patient and understanding when my turn-around times were slow with documents. He answered every question we had. At one time , we were not going to go through with the refinance but Mike called and explained a few things we were unaware of and we closed the loan! Thank you Mike for all your help. I made one 20min phone call and in about 10 days CJ had my house refinanced, PMI removed, and saved me $440/mo on my monthly payments....lost 3 years of equity...but that is a drop in the bucket compared to the $$ saved. The process of doing a refi and taking money out of our home started the third week of April, and here we are still waiting for communication from an agent from Lenox Home Loans. Communication was good early, lots of documents sent over, but then really slowed first of May. I would have to send an email to the agent for updates, then he would respond that all is good and it's in underwriting, but no communication for two or three weeks now - at all! I'll move forward with another company since they obviously have enough business.

Mike Rael and Lana Kim were absolutely terrific to work with. Mike was proactive and extremely responsive throughout the loan application process. I would strongly recommend Lenox to anyone looking to either obtain financing for a home purchase or to refinance an existing loan, and would suggest they request Mike and Lana to help navigate their way through the process.
