Ray was fantastic. Always available by phone or email. He would explain this to me (probably over an over again :-) until I understood and never got annoyed by me asking multiple questions trying to understand the process. They went above and beyond to get our loan closed and even were able to bring in a notary, by ferry boat, as there were none on the island that my worked moved us up to for the Summer.
