TLDR: Use WesLend Financial, they'll help you refinance quick when other people will give you the run around. There are a lot of reasons to refinance your home but there is only one reason to pick WesLend Financial. They are simply exceptional. I wanted to capitalize that but that would be too cheese ball. I'll settle for just telling you what I experienced and you can decide. Our credit...lets just say its not the best. We got beat up 10 years ago but are on the mend and doing well now. After dealing with the run around at a few other mortgage companies we called WesLend. I know it sounds cliche' but its true. The Mortgage Advisor (Brad) we had is one of the best customer interacting individuals I have met. He is a great communicator, patient and excellent with follow up. I seriously never waited more than a couple minutes for a response via email, phone or text. In a day when companies avoid talking to customers via the phone or other means, WesLend and Brad were great. The other individual I worked with (Phally, pronounced Paulie) on the Finance side was clear with what I needed to provide and didnt let my refinance fall through cracks when she hit issues with the IRS or dealing with my current mortgage company. If you have bad credit or good credit, you want to deal with this company. Good Luck, and enjoy your dreams. (Now you can bring on the cheese, sharp cheddar for me, smoked gouda for the wife) 10/10 would deal with the IRS again if these guys are on my side, and we wont go into what I had to go through there.

Overall it was a good experience. Everything went quickly and smoothly. Brad Cejka was very helpful with answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns that i had. I Would definitely recommend Lenox to someone else if they were in the market for a home loan or a re-fi. The whole thing only took about 24 days from first E-mail to cash in the bank.
