Pleased with Customer Service
All WeShare Health reps that I have dealt with have been very helpful when we have reached out with questions and/or requests. We are still fairly new and haven’t had to deal much with claims, etc., but so far we are very pleased. I would specifically like to mention Melissa Roberts as she has been so nice, personable, friendly and professional in assisting me with a few unique situations and helped to quickly resolve those issues.

Arlene García is the best representative y’all have!
I’m gonna give a 5 star review specifically to Arlene Garcia and the service she provided for me over the phone. I’ve had some less than ideal interactions with other representatives for this same company, but Arlene restored my faith in people doing their job right. She was helpful, pleasant to talk to, listened really well to my concerns and requests. She was very knowledgeable and wanted to connect on a human level, not just get the call over with. Which now a days is hard to come by. I’m glad she was the one to answer my call today!
