The personal care
I love that Rachel has taken the time to call me back to make sure that I know all is taken care of with my referrals. And has also helped me with other issues I have had with other claims in the past so that has been a total blessing to know that I can get the help with the same person and not have to deal with many others who sometimes make it difficult and confusing for me. I totally appreciate Rachel and the others who have helped me.

Great customer service staff
Great customer service staff, spoke to Rachel and she was able to clearly and kindly explain how shared medical bills are handled, which gave me a lot of peace of mind to not be left in the dark.
