During February of 2024, I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the neck & throat. This is something no one would ever want to live through. Although the battle was difficult, We Share was with me every step of the way. Wondering whether or not some of the medical bills would be covered or not is the last thing you need during this time of your life. My total expenses were close to $1 Million and We Share took care of business with little to no hiccups to speak of. I would highly recommend We Share to any of my friends or family members. “World Class” experience all the way.

I worked with Ellynne Witherspoon from the beginning and was so excited every time we chatted because i knew if was going to be smooth and easy coordinating appts and finding out which clinics/hospitals accept this insurance. It was such a bonus of being a part of yalls program, (other insurance companies dont bave that personalized aspect),then i went one day to email her for a pediatrician request- and i received an automated message back saying it would take A couple days. This would have been figured our if they kept the old me this Of working one on one! Anyway - love her!

Chris Fox has been a great help with setting up my plan and helping me find doctors!

This review is specifically for the WeShare representative Chris Fox, who has gone to great lengths to make sure I get the healthcare I need. While there have been many glitches in receiving care and outdated provider information on the WeShare site, Chris has consistently been responsive and helpful in reaching out individually to clinics and health centers to see if they can take WeShare. He is the only reason I am leaving this review. I honestly can't say that I recommend having a cost-sharing health plan in CA as it has proven to be tricky. However, Chris has been a saving grace in actually being able to get me the care I need.

I cannot thank the UHSM team enough for helping me through a difficult time and be accepted to the sharing program. So professional and so full of information and guidance. I always received answers to questions and help anytime I called. You just don’t receive this type of customer service anymore. Thank you thank you for all you do. You are much appreciated.
