Lorraine was very helpful
Lorraine was very helpful, she offered to call the providers for me while I was on hold to get the information that I needed to she if they were in Network. She was kind and polite.

They’ve been extremely easy to work…
They’ve been extremely easy to work with. Alex was super helpful when I called in with multiple questions, checked my program and called doctor’s offices on my behalf to ensure easy and seamless appointments.

Jesse was great very nice & helpful!
Jesse was great very nice, no attitude and very helpful! Often times I am met with an attitude from the member service reps and it was refreshing to speak to Jesse with a nice caring attitude!!!

Great help during a tough time
The customer service representative we had today was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great attitude, which really means so much when you're dealing with issues.
