My husband is a new member and Tiffany…
My husband is a new member and Tiffany was excellent in giving information and answering questions we had. She is extremely knowledgeable and so very nice! We were pleasantly surprised to be treated in such a kind manner. Great experience- she is an asset to this health program.

Mayra went over and beyond today…
Mayra went over and beyond today helping me. It was almost a 5 hour back and forth fighting with my doctors and care provider and Mayra helped and stayed by my side and was fantastic!! She was so sweet and helped me resolve the issues and my surgery is now going to happen. Thank you so much for your help and support and guidance Mayra!! Your awesome. And great at what you do

Melissa was great!
Melissa was great!! She helped me with my situation. Came up with a plan and a follow up in September. Great customer service despite the long wait time to speak to someone.

Monica was very helpful and informative…
Monica was very helpful and informative while helping me understand certain benefits of the We share program . She also made calls on my behalf to billing departments in order to clarify a few issues. I appreciate her demeanor and knowledge .
