If I could give 0 stars
If I could give 0 stars, I would. It took almost a year for them to pay for a surgery to remove a kidney stone because they deemed it unnecessary, even though the stone was too big and too far down to be broken. Also, I was billed over $109K for a surgery; they claimed they negotiated it down to just over $8K and paid that amount. I explained to them that I was still being charged the remaining amount and was being sent to collections, and they are just telling me to call the hospital. The customer service is horrible; I canceled my policy, and they are still billing me. You're better off with no insurance than with them.
