Sheila was helpful and provided next steps for my billing issues. I’ve had a lot of back and forth phone calls between hospital and medishare but I finally feel like we’re getting somewhere. She took the time to listen to my complicated case and direct me on what to do next.

I had a couple of issues that I needed and Robyn stayed on the phone with me for over an hour answering all my questions. She was delightful professional and I have the full confidence that my surgery will be able to get done now..
