I like the workouts and the freedom to choose the time, length and difficulty of each workout. No need to invest in gym membership or equipment to complete the workouts. Simple, convenient and effective. WeShape works hard to go beyond the obvious. WeShape has definitely delivered more than just great workout sessions.

I love everything that I have learned so far about WeShape! I appreciate that Coach Tyler explains what is happening to the muscle and surrounding tissue with each exercise and the choice to select a harder option with each movement. I am already seeing improvement and excited to continue this journey.

I’ve had chronic hip and back pain for many years. One of my daughters is an exercise physiologist and she put me onto Coach Tyler’s stretches on Instagram. They were amazing! So when he offered a 28 day Challenge to the We Shape community I couldn’t resist. It’s the safest and most supportive community I’ve ever been a part of and it came along just in the right time for me!

I've been doing WeShape shape workouts for years. I love that the workouts are personably scalable so you can do what challenges, yet still feel safe, for your body for each individual exercise. When you feel that you have become stronger and a movement is not challenging enough, it is simple to scale up. They emphasize the importance of moving over"exercising," and their saying that movement is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for something you ate encapsulates their ethos of feeling good in your body. There is the option to do strength building movements or to focus more on flexibility. They also offer a lot of online support focused on mindset as well as movement through group coaching calls, one-on-one help, and their podcast.

WeShape is the only “move your body” application that made me feel at home. Sure, anyone can join, but I couldn’t help it to notice that many of the meetings attendees were regular people who were seeking improvements to their body and mind, instead of validation, praise or recognition. WeShape uses lots of neurolinguist to trigger the brain’s ability to move from comfort to achievement, from inertia to action, and the result is commitment, compromise, and improvement. I can’t express my gratitude enough to everyone with WeShape, so I’ll try with only two simple words: Thank you.

Having a supportive community of like-minded people is huge. We shape more than our bodies here. It is so much more. So glad I reached out and gave it and myself a chance to to better myself as I look forward to my "Golden Years. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed.

A great team to share their views and educate us on our beliefs and how they affect what we do. This is really a eye opener how first we have a thought, views from the past, and feelings can shape our actions. They are educated as well as they share their experiences to facilitate our growth. Today I learned about the inner critic. A worthwhile podcast to invest your time in.
