The customer service is awesome! I had an issue with confirming micro deposit amounts. Chad responded Instantly and my issue was resolved within a day!

I e mailed my question and got an answer by the next day from Sean who took care of my concerns and was very polite in doing so.

I emailed my problem and they came back very quickly with the answer excellent service especially from Chad - if I have another query I will not hesitate to contact the Company again.

I was suprised by how quickly and helpfully I was answered. I couldn't identify a charge to "WPY*", and the charge lookup tool (a great idea) didn't work for me. Chad responded to my e-mail within a few hours, with detail which allowed me to identify the charge. Excellent customer service.
