My buy was cancelled for no reason at all.

Great product works great. Amazing picture quality, brightness and dimensions. Really compact.

I bought this product and since it had free shipping to India, ordered it for India. After several days, I didn't get any shipping notification. Chatted with them. They said they don't have stock in their Hong Kong warehouse and told me that I can cancel the order! That was totally irresponsible on their part not informing me till I called. Then they said they have stock in US. Then I asked them to ship to my US address. They finally shipped it after couple of days delay. Their logistics is totally horrible and clueless and very unprofessional. I still gave them 2 stars because of the discounted price.

This is a great price for a wonderful Laser tv. The clarity is truly amazing for the price. Coupled with their alr screen and you have a whole cinema.

Package was not shipped properly very hard to get a hold of customer service associates package came damaged I was told exchange was not an option and then I would only be entitled to 60% of my total purchase

No proper response from customer service. Not liking the quality and asking too many question for returns
