wemax.comReviews of wemax.com

Love my wemax go advanced, makes excellent sound from little speakers was surprised at that, very easy to use , doesnt make any noticeable destracting noise while operating ie fan nosie, very neat and tidy non bulky machine, my only disappointment was it was not supplied with a Australian power plug conversion had to go to a store and get my own 10$ Australian but I can live with that, thankyou wemax, I bought from wemax official site was going to cost me 1800$ australian or so, but as first time customer I got the 20% discount got it for 1500$ I see a couple of other sites that selling way cheap like 900- 1000$ Australian but most likely scammers or dodgy when comes to warranty etc so went to official site , Kind regards micheal

Great product

I bought my first 4K laser projector from Wemax and truly delighted with the product. It's an upscale for me jumping from 720p to 4K and this projector stands out very well. The installation was super easy, and the quality is so great. The shipping arrived in about 4 business days even before the actual delivery date. Overall, great experience with the seller and the product. Hope the projector lives long enough as per the product lifetime description.

I was sent a defective product and communication with the seller has been painful and broken - at best. Whether the seller has intentionally or unintentionally avoided or dismissed my clearly communicated problem - it has caused considerable delay and aggravation. Unfortunately my next steps are likely to dispute the credit card charges. Poor quality control, very poor communication, and a bad approach to business overall. The seemingly low prices were not worth it.

Excellent quality

I bought two times and my order was cancelled. I was In LA for pickup and I canto pickup because first time my address from Brasil... Second time because the pandemic situation.

Horrible return policy. Tried returning new unopened projector, and they wanted to charge 10% of the total return amount just to do so.

Received the package on time and well packaged.
