Customer service is good, i have one suggestion to have phone support

Package was received ahead of schedule, well packed in a nice box, surrounded by foam for protection.

I received a damaged screen and Wemax is not trying to correct the issue by exchanging it for a screen that is not damaged. So I have decided to return everything. Today is June 26 and to provide an update…I have been in contact with Wemax and they corrected the situation and sent me a new screen. Not sure if I can use names but I will say Mr. “E” is a great asset to their team and it was great working with him.

Very good service. I ordered the item on sale and it was back ordered. But as soon as it was back in stock they honored the sale price and shipped it right out! Item came quickly and I’ve been very happy with it!

Fast shipping so far good results

Purchased a refurbished Wemax Nova 4K UHD Ultra Short Throw ALPD Laser Projector, and later also purchased a Wemax PSF01 100in High-gain ALR projection screen. The image looks darker than what I expected, compared w/ an overhead projector and normal matte white screen that I have, somewhat disappointed. Tried to adjust brightness of projector image settings, not seen much difference. Updated on 6/21: contacted Wemax about the issue, they basically tell me it’s normal and ignore my request of return/refund
