Proper scam
Proper scam - plants never delivered, no reply on whatsapp - had to file a chargeback with my bank

Item did not arrive
Item did not arrive. The company were replying to whatsapp messages instantly before I ordered, but since have stopped responding to my messages completely. 311 aed taken with no products sent. This is theft and I will be reporting them to the authorities.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. They deliver the wrong plants, the wrong pots, and leave them at the door so you cannot return them at the moment. Delivery takes a week or more. Never answer the phone and all communications on WhatsApp are ignored!

Avoid!!
Avoid!!! This company is a complete scam They take your money and then ghost you. Please don’t take there reviews on there website as literal. My plant is already dead within 1 day because they didn’t plant it in the pot and instead left it in the dying heat. Do not buy from them

Would not recommend
Would not recommend, waited over 10 days for a delivery even though website says next day delivery. None answers the phone. They promised over whats app to deliver that same day 3 times and then didnt. Received delivery in the middle of the night outside. Plants I bought much smaller of what they promised and sold on the website. One of them has broken and dead leaves.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
I placed an order 21 days ago and still haven’t received it. Despite several follow-ups by email and WhatsApp, nobody has bothered to respond. Poor delivery and even worse customer service. I would not recommend this company.

No response after agreeing to refund and collecting items
This company agreed to collection and refund for wrong items delivered. They collected the wrong items promptly the day after delivery, but they never did the refund. They have not responded to requests for updates on the refund for 45 days now and still counting. It is now the end of August and no refund has been initiated by them. They have officially kept nearly 2800 AED and do not respond to follow ups. Therefore, I can only assume theft of the money.
