I ordered a 40cm’plant and received a 10cm plant, which basically costs half of the one I ordered. I called once to complain, they told me that they would fix it. Of course they did nothing at all and bkocked my number instead. Avoid them.

SCAM!!!!! AVOID IT !! Report to Dubai Police as this business should be closed, No customer service at all. Someone answers the calls once in few hours! It seems like she is in Africa and does not care about scammed customers. She says that Miss Maya will call you back ( apparently the owner ) and no one calls back. This is shocking and not Dubai. Delivery people do not call you just dump wrong order in front of the door and you cant speak to anyone to resolve it. Only option is police.

Wish I had read the reviews, no communication no updates no sign of a delivery feels like a scam

Does your company only answer questions before a purchase? Once purchased, is there no after-customer service and no delivery date? It's been over two weeks, and I still haven't received my plants.

Also should have read the reviews first. Over paid for small and poor quality plants that took far too long to arrive.
