Save your money and buy elsewhere. Promised next-day delivery but arrived 3 days late with zero tracking, no communication, and completely useless automated customer service. The driver dumped the plants outside my front door without even knocking—unacceptable in Dubai's heat. To top it off, the cactus arrived damaged and brown, and they sent black pots instead of the white ones I ordered. Paid for premium service and received damaged, wrong goods with no accountability. Requesting a full refund.

Could not recommend these guys less. Delivery was delayed and the plants looked awful compared to what they were meant to be and the pots were totally different versus what was advertised. Delivery driver never picked up my calls. 100% totally useless.

Please be careful!! I have been waiting for a delivery for over two weeks and i made the mistake of paying through WhatsApp. Please be cautious - now they are not answering me at all.

This company is a scam they take your money and don’t sent plant and don’t report to any messages or emails be careful and do not order from them !

Before completing my purchase, I contacted them to confirm whether the plant and pot would be exactly as shown in the photos on their website, and they assured me they would be. However, I received something completely different. Since then, they have ignored my emails, WhatsApp messages, and repeated calls, as well as my requests for a return. Extremely disappointing customer service. Do not trust this company!

Absolutely terrible experience. The delivery was repeatedly delayed, communication was extremely poor, and the attitude of the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

I have not received a single acknowledgement or reply from this company after purchasing a plant and some soil. Completely unacceptable. I have reported to the municipality and have started a charge back request from my bank
