Terrible company with zero customer service. I paid up front online so it looks like I have lost my money as well. They don’t respond to messages or emails so I am assuming my money is lost. I don’t know how unscrupulous companies like this can be reported in Dubai. They should not be allowed to operate unchecked or many more people will be cheated.

Hi - like everyone I should had read the reviews before purchasing the plants. I received a whatsapp message yesterday morning informing me that the order is received and prepare the cash. I was surprised at first as I had not completed the order online. Anyway i took a chance and paid for the order online. Like everyone till the payment everything was quick. Then was the delivery, I requested for delivery after 12noon and i waited. Post 5pm no response so i contacted them and told them if delivery after 7:30pm no one will be at home. The driver I assume starts sending messages at 7:30pm asking for location. I told him to deliver the next day. He kept insisting that the van brokedown and the usual excuses. I told him its not possible to accept delivery as we are not available. This morning I opened the main gate and to my surprise the plants are left outside my house last night. Now since morning the tone of the messages is getting rude from their end. NEVER purchase from this company. Just for everyone to know these are scammers registered as a plant supplier who sit with nurseries in Warsan and claim otherwise. The plants you are purchasing are much cheaper and better quality than what is shown in the pictures. For example the peace lily in a golden pot advertised - the basic cost of the plant is between 25 to 30 (AED) and the pot will be another 25 AED. Whereas they advertise for a value above 200 AED. Please stay away from such scammers, however there are a few trusted online suppliers who are doing the plant business for years and they will call you incase the condition of the plant is not good. This was my honest mistake and I hope these guys do not get too far with these scams.

I ordered a Sago Palm from Well Potted Plants LLC two days ago, and while I was fortunate enough to receive the delivery, the negative comments about this company are unfortunately accurate. The experience began promisingly with an inquiry over WhatsApp. The company’s initial response was swift and professional, making sure to tell me exactly what I wanted to hear. They quickly provided a payment link, which I paid without hesitation. My request was straightforward: an 80cm Sago Palm, re-potted by their gardener using my old pot, and the removal of the old dead palm and soil afterward. They assured me everything I asked for would be taken care of, so I didn’t think twice about making the payment. However, once the payment was made, communication became sporadic, and at times, I was completely ignored. I was promised next-day delivery in Abu Dhabi but made it clear that I would only be available until 6 PM due to another commitment. Despite repeated calls and messages, I received no response until I accused them of being swindlers. Only then did I get a curt reply: “plant on the way,” with no mention of when it would arrive. As expected, the delivery was 45 minutes late, forcing us to delay my husband’s birthday dinner for the re-potting service. Two exhausted and indifferent gardeners arrived in a van that looked like a plant graveyard. The van was stuffed with plants in deplorable conditions, with many lying horizontally, soil spilling everywhere, and an overall sense of neglect. When they finally retrieved my Sago Palm, it was a far cry from what I had imagined. The fronds were oddly vertical, pale, and brittle—clearly not in the best health. The re-potting process was rushed and careless. One gardener pulled out the old palm with his hands, roughly re-potted the new one, and dismissed all my questions except when I offered them water, which they accepted. When it came to disposing of the old palm and soil, they ignored my instructions about proper disposal and tried to dump it at my neighbor’s renovation site. I had to intervene and handle it myself, which was the last straw. I was ready to tip them generously, but after witnessing their unprofessionalism, I decided against it. I have no doubt that if we hadn’t been home, they would have left the plant outside and skipped the re-potting service entirely, despite charging for it. This company is a scam. Their customer service evaporates the moment payment is received, and they have no presence on Google Reviews, likely because they know their services would never hold up to public scrutiny. My Sago Palm is far from what it should be, and I wish I could warn others about their appalling business practices. Avoid Well Potted Plants LLC at all costs!

I placed order online, received the confirmation, and company stopped replying. After many calls and messages I received very rude text. Until now no any update about my order. I wish I read reviews before ordering from them.

The worst after sales experience I have ever experienced.. there was a mistake in my order they delivered one plant without basket and when I contacted them before 3 weeks when I received the order they said we will send someone with the basket and since then they are not responding to me I tried to call, WhatsApp and dm their Instagram and no one is answering. Before couple of days one of the plants I ordered from them started to have white spots I sent them message no one answered.. They are very responsive until you make the order and pay after that they won’t care about any issues in your order or mistakes they done. Worst place ever I will never buy again and will make sure to spread my negative experience to all the people around me who wanted to deal with you They blocked me from Instagram because I was posting the complain. Obviously scammers don’t buy from them Update on 5th Sep: 3 of the plants they delivered now have rotten on the soil and I had to put them out of the house so they don’t harm my other plants. I sent them pictures on WhatsApp and no one answers. DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Plant provided not worth money. It is slowly dying. Most of the branches are without root. Prefer Plntd, Hoya or Uniflora. They won’t give you proper information

Caution DONT BUY: I ordered three plants from Wellpottedplants LLC to my Dubai address, order number is 11897. My plants didn’t arrive and only when i contacted their WhatsApp Customer Services, that they found out it was delivered to the wrong address. They said it will be delivered next day. They were eventually delivered 3 days later, after I told them I want a full refund, plants were delivered with browning leave and dry soil. Two plants do not look like what’s shown on website. Although the customer service was responsive in the beginning, they later didn’t reply either my email or texts. Their listed phone call has no one to pick up. I complained to the Dubaiconsumer hotline, they said without a Dubai address and business license I couldn’t make a complaint. Guess what? The website has neither information.

Very satisfied customer here. My order number 10722 and 10723 and they deliver next day. PLANTS ARRIVED IN GOOD CONDITION AND BIGGER THAN WHAT I EXPECTED. I Recommend buying from them. Will order again 👌🏻👌🏻
