Wellfound (formerly AngelList Talent)Reviews of wellfound.com

I've been hired for two full-time remote design roles from Wellfound postings, and I've had nothing but good experiences with the process and the companies listing there!

A really easy to navigate career/jobs site with a great focus on smaller and growing companies. The search features are a little finicky (I will often be show.n remote jobs that don’t hire in my state/country) but the other features like easy applications and a great profile page make up for it

I’ve gotten more job opportunities on this platform than LinkedIn or any other job platform. The web design of this site makes it easy to navigate various job opportunities.

Their website is broken. Infinite redirects, can't even view job listings.

Love this site, easy to get an internship for software engineering.

I used Wellfound to search and apply to a bunch of different startups. I managed to land a few interviews and even offers which was handled seamlessly!

I really like the concept but this time around I got zero contact from it. I know that could have been more active from my side but as I got more contacts from other platforms, I was encoraged to that in the other platforms. Maybe there is some way in which I could be incentived to contact the companies in the platform, other and just saying "contact them".

they acknowledged, heard and corrected an issue with reverse recruiting services i paid for
