Great collection of high-quality masks. Can find any type of mask I need/want for a reasonable price and know that they're not fake.

I. I didn't receive a response to my query about expiration dates on Covid tests (ie. lack of transparency) 2. I didn't get the opportunity to say I don't need a delivery this month. You just sent masks to me. I am very disappointed. I've had good service from you in the past.

We’re so sorry to hear about your experience and truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive a response and to get a shipment you didn’t intend. That’s never the experience we want for our customers. Our team is already reviewing this to ensure better communication and transparency going forward. Our support team will be reaching out to you directly to help make this right.

The regular size masks I received too large, even tying loops in the straps, the mask itself is too big to be properly flush against the face the way it should be.
Response from WellBeforeOct 6, 2025
We’re so sorry to hear that the regular-size masks were too large — we completely understand how frustrating that must be. A proper fit is so important, and we truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Someone from our team will be reaching out to you directly to help find a better size or style that works for you. We want to make sure you’re fully satisfied and comfortable with your masks. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we’re truly sorry about the whole experience 💛
