The agent was patient and never made me feel rushed and waited while I refreshed my subscription page each time to verify the requested changes had been made. They were also easy to communicate with and as always I appreciated being able to connect with someone promptly at Wellbefore who is easy to "speak" with and who can understand and assist me easily.

These gloves are fantastic—comfortable, odor-free, and durable—and the only ones my sensitive skin tolerates!

Attentive customer service and well designed products. I ordered a sample pack. Glad I did. After trying on all of the samples I found a comfortable face mask for me. I was surprised by the differences in design that made one mask more comfortable than all the others.

These masks fit just right, and I love the adjustable ear loops. I feel protected and with my subscription I know I'll never run out.

Hi there, I hope this email finds you well. We tried reaching you earlier by phone but reached your voicemail and left a message. I’m truly sorry to hear about the experience you had with your recent batch of masks. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after having great results with your previous orders. To help us look into this and make things right for you, could you please share a few photos of the defective masks if possible? It would also be helpful if you could confirm how many masks are still unopened and provide your current shipping address. Once I have this information, I’ll escalate your concern to the relevant department right away so we can find the best possible solution for you. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. We truly appreciate your continued support and will do everything we can to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your next order. Warm Regards,
EW
The post lost my original order, but Umer the Wellness Advisor helped set up a replacement after USPS was non responsive. They messaged me almost daily to keep me informed of the process and I received the replacement package within a matter of days. The masks I ordered fit great and once properly fitted did in fact keep my glasses from fogging up.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! I’m thrilled to hear that we were able to get your replacement to you quickly and that your masks fit well and helped with fogging. Your kind words truly mean a lot, and I’m so glad I could assist you throughout the process. Warm Regards,
Courtney
Lost access to my email and didn't realize the auto ship had gone through until I got a text that the delivery was due that day. I emailed asking to send it back once I get it and receive a refund but haven't heard back. I didn't like these masks for the fit and price, and should have cancelled this auto ship
