We’re very sorry to hear about your recent experience. The masks should never arrive with an unpleasant or strong odor, and we completely understand your concern. Quality and safety are our top priorities, and this is not the standard we strive to deliver. The support team will reach out to you so we can make this right and investigate the batch you received. We truly value your trust in us and want to ensure you feel confident using our products again.
