Dear Customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this thoughtful 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear your new couch arrived quickly and was easy to maneuver through your building — feedback like yours truly helps other shoppers know what to expect, and we genuinely appreciate you sharing it. It's great to know the unpacking and expansion process went smoothly. Our couches are designed to arrive in manageable, space-smart packaging so they can fit through doorways, hallways, and elevators without hassle, and allowing the cushions a little extra time to fully settle will only make them more comfortable with each use. Whether it's movie night or an impromptu sleepover, having a comfortable spot for overnight guests is exactly what this piece was built for. Dear Customer, Thank you very much for your positive review! We are delighted to hear that you are pleased with the color and overall quality of the product, especially considering the price. Regarding the firmness, you are absolutely right—new foam and upholstery materials often require a period of regular use to break in. Over time, it will become softer and more comfortable. We sincerely appreciate you sharing your experience and giving us a four-star rating. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We hope you enjoy your beautiful new sofa!
