Eva was my account service person who helped me cancel my subscription. First of all, I think the Weiss investment products are great. I'm just clearing all renewals and monthly auto subscriptions as a matter of spring cleaning. So when I wasn't sure if I had canceled correctly online, I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Eva who helped me. It was the most pleasant experience to speak with Eva, a real person who respected my needs and just was "real". I say "real" because it felt like visiting with a friend rather than a service representative, not that there aren't many wonderful service reps, but sometimes it's almost like talking to a robot. So, my day was made so much more pleasant having spoken with Eva. She has been with Weiss for some 20 years she mentioned and it really makes me have great confidence in the Weiss group. When I'm ready to buy more advice and guidance, it will definitely be from the Weiss group of products.

Liz was able to provide answers to several questions that I had after viewing the 19.5% APV presentation. The areas were focused on the Weiss Crypto Ratings materials. She was patient, listened to my questions, and provided information to assist me with my decision. She clearly demonstrated skills that a customer service representative should have.

Great experience at Weiss Ratings! I used to work for Weiss Ratings and the owners and management are really good people and do whatever they can to help their customers. I can tell you from an inside perspective that they are really care about their customers and are constantly trying to get better to give their customers a better experience. They have seasoned professionals that are experts at analyzing the market and are constantly trying to better the products and offer the best financial advice out there. Overall I would just like to say that they treat their employees and customers like gold. I would highly recommend Weiss and I can also tell you that working there I saw all the emails they would get every week from happy, grateful customers praising their advice because it made them money!
