There was a problem with my signing up for the Weiss limited offer of two weeks for the Weiss Technology offer. I signed up for this service and provided all my information including my credit card. The next day I checked my email and received a message there was a problem with my account. I tried over the next two days to sign in and was not able to correct. now two days later time to register for the offer I tried to register and I would get to the end of the presentation and I could not sign up. this morning, July 28 2023, I received an email message @ 9:23 advising me there was important information regarding my subscription. I responded to this email with the phone number 1-877-934-7778. i was connected to representative Alan. He was very willing to help me resolve my issue. He determined that my problem was that the name of the name of the offer for the offer that expires today at midnight is the same: Weiss Technology Portfolio. Which I am a subscriber. I am sorry that in my haste to meet the time of the deadline on the product I have caused this confusion, I am most grateful for the help I received. this morning.

i called today about setting up new log in from my phone. somehow it kept taking me back to the log in set up 3-4 times. i called your office and spoke with Alan who was very polite and helpful. He suggested that i set it up from my computer and provided a temp password. Yes he was very helpful. very pleased with his service

I am a new member and it was my first call. I wanted to cancel my subscription because I was bombarded with emails about investment opportunities for additional fees from the company I just signed up with. It all seemed too much. i was upset. Alan, the person who picked up my call, was able to assure me and show me how I could take advantage of my membership without paying extra for additional information. I am very grateful for his professional advise and understanding of my situation. I am glad that he helped me stay with the company and enjoy and profit from their advise.
