I am very satisfied with the customer service I had received over the phone. I had a problem with the billing of my subscription. It was resolved promptly. I had another problem with downloading the reports onto my computer. The cause was explained to me and a solution was suggested. Overall excellent customer service.

First of all, I have experienced a tremendous amount of difficulty in reaching representatives regarding questions I have and getting a good answer and sometimes any answer at all. All that was changed by a lovely lady named Ryza. As I told her, she got an extremely frustrated and grumpy old lady and she turned me into a very pleased and well informed happy old lady. She was nice, polite, patient, kind, understanding and unbelievably helpful. I am 77, did not grow up with computers so I am technologically incompetent and really need extra help. Ryza was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful, I can't begin to say enough good things about her and my experience with her. Dr. Weiss, I pray you keep her forever. She's been outstanding in every respect. Thank you again for everything, Ryza. She helped me several times but today was the last and most current date. Alice

It is such a pleasure to know that Weiss Ratings provides personal service to their customers. If you call, there will always be someone on the other end of the phone to speak with, unlike many other companies today that seem to want to do everything possible to avoid talking with their customers.
