Great customer service, in a very uncomfortable and difficult situation for me.

I spoke with one of your agents in November & I received an email stating they couldn't process my payment. I finally found that email & responded. The young lady I talked to tried to find the rep I originally talked to but could not. She offered to take the required information & complete this transaction. She was very nice & calm to talk to & I received confirmation as proof of service. The confirmation was received within an hour of my request. She followed through quickly & did what she said she'd do. I wish more companied had more customer service reps like her. Good Job!

Throughout my call with a problem I had yesterday the customer representative kept a calm, patient, and kind demeanor -even when I accidentally put my phone on mute 2 times. Then she was able to resolve my original problem from yesterday's order I had tried to place. Everything was resolved with that, quickly and clearly. It was a very good experience for me!
