The first call I made was to new subscriptions, and I spoke to Andreas. He was genuinely friendly and personable, and the fellow had a sense of humour. Andreas put me onto another number, and I spoke to RJ. He solved the issue efficiently and courteously.

Janine is truly an asset
Janine handled two cancellations, one credited and one refunded, expeditiously. Her response time to my emails was excellent. Her communications professional, explanations clear and to the point and she fulfilled her promise to get back to me the next day.
