Although I tried to learn about crypto, it is still not my piece of cake. Weiss ratings gave me the possibillity to read about it and gave good advices but i have too much other things to arrange in my life. The communication with support Claudio was perfect! They cancelled my subscription and because it was within a year, they did refund the money of the subsciption as written on the website. That is why I give 5 starts.

This fits with the pattern I have experienced since beginning my invaluable Weiss Elite membership back in 2011. In fact, that was when I stopped losing money on my investments. Great communication of the upcoming charges on my account. My credit card was on hold for fraudulent charges by another vendor, and I forgot my membership was charged on the same card. Weiss notified me, and I was able to change my method of payment on the website, without loss of my subscription.
